Avoid missing out on one of our masterclasses or shared insights from field hockey coaches.

Keep us in your main inbox

The easiest way is find one of our mails to you (maybe in your spam) and just hit reply and send me a short email. Just tell me anything. I read them in case you really had something to share. But the goal was just to avoid ending up in spam in the future.

Gmail 1. Open any email from us. 2. On desktop, drag it from P= romotions to Primary. On mobile, tap the three dots and choose "Move t= o," then Primary. 3. Say Yes when Gmail offers to do this for future e= mails.

Apple: 1. Open one of our emails. 2. Tap the three dots at the = top (or right-click on desktop) and choose "Categorize Sender." 3= . Pick Primary, then Continue.

Outlook: 1. Right-click our email (or long-press on mobile). 2= . Choose "Always move to Focused Inbox."

Now you're all set.
