About The Hockey Site
The Hockey Site exists for one reason: to connect field hockey coaches, sometimes even with the best coaching minds in the world.Not through a textbook. Through conversation. Through Human Interaction (HI) and Shared Insights (SI).
Since 2015, we've produced hundreds of live masterclasses, workshops, and panel talks with coaches, some operating at the highest levels of the game. The sessions are free to join when live. The on-demand library is behind a subscription, because making it sustainable is how we keep making it.

Who's behind it
Ernst Baart. Dutch, living in Belgium. Not a coaching guru, far from it, but a facilitator. I'm not here to tell you this is the way I think you should coach hockey. I facilitate conversations between coaches.

Field hockey coaches at every level. Grassroots volunteers, semi-pro’s and pro coaches. Anyone who'd rather understand the game than copy someone else's session plan. In all we do we ask does it make you think or skip thinking.We’re not here to help you copy/paste. We want to help you think.
